Payment of the registration to the conference and:

Cancel Policy:
 A ¥ 10,000 administrative fee will be levied against all cancelled registrations and no refund will be paid back for registrations cancelled after May 28th, 2025.Any cancellation should be notified to us in writing at the earliest opportunity.

Lunch

 - Lunch will be provided on the first day.From the second day onward, please arrange your own lunch.Here is the lunch map. Lunch Map
 - There are also many restaurants on the 5th floor of the Kofu Station building (CELEO Kofu). Map
 - The conference will be held in a room within a public library. Please be advised that eating and drinking are not permitted in other areas of the library.
 - On the second day, transportation to the banquet will be provided by bus. The bus will depart promptly at 16:40, so please ensure you are on time.

 - The meeting point is on the road to the east of the prefectural library, which serves as the main venue.
 - Allergen information for the 8 mandatory items (egg, milk, shrimp, crab, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, and walnuts) is provided.Please check the labels and use your own judgment.


Excursion

 - The excursion will take place by bus. Please gather at the bus rotary at the north exit of Kofu Station by 9:00 a.m.
 - The meeting point is on the road to the east of the prefectural library, which serves as the main venue.
