Submission

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

Step 1: Abstract submission

Submit a 2-page abstract from <the OpenConf website>.
Abstract templates (MS Word and LaTeX) are available here.
 - Please note that the template is used for writing full papers as well as abstract
 - Please do not submit your abstract from the SPIE website; please submit from <the OpenConf website>

Abstract submission deadline: October 7, 2024 October 21, 2024 (JST). The deadline has been extended.
Notification of acceptance: November 23, 2024

Step 2: Full paper submission

If your abstract is accepted, you must submit a full paper (4-8 pages) by March 31, 2025.
Full papers must be submitted through <the OpenConf website>.
Full paper templates (MS Word and LaTeX) are available here.
 - Please use the duplicate files as the abstract format
 - Please do not submit full papers through the SPIE website
 - Peer reviewers will review the full paper

Notification of peer review results: April 30 - May 15, 2025

Step 3: Final submission of full paper for publication in Proceedings

Full papers that are accepted by peer review will be published in Proceedings.
Please submit from <the SPIE portal site>(Open on June 13, 2025).
 - Note that this is not a submission from OpenConf!  - SPIE will provide access to the SPIE system for manuscript submission on June 13, 2025

Final manuscript submission deadline: July 12, 2025
Publication of Proceedings by SPIE: September 12, 2025

 - SPIE will contact authors whose manuscripts have formatting errors. SPIE will publish papers in the Proceedings only if authors correct problems and submit revisions by the deadline.

TO all presenters

Guidelines for Presenters:

 - The conference will not provide any laptop computers.
 - The conference will not provide power plug adapters or voltage converters.
 - The projector used is EB-L510U, with HDMI connection.
 - The conference will provide only HDMI-to-HDMI cables.
 - Presentation time: 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
