1. Route from Narita Airport
   • By Narita Express (N'EX)
     Take the Narita Express (N'EX) from Narita Airport to Shinjuku Station (approximately 90 minutes). From Shinjuku, transfer to the JR Chuo Main Line and take a limited express train such as the "Azusa" or "Kaiji" to Kofu Station (approximately 90 minutes). Once you arrive at Kofu Station, it’s a 10-minute walk to Yamanashi Prefectural Library.
     
   • By Bus
     Take a limousine bus from Narita Airport to Shinjuku Station (approximately 2 hours). From Shinjuku, take the JR Chuo Main Line limited express "Azusa" or "Kaiji" to Kofu Station (approximately 90 minutes), and walk to the library from the station.
2. Route from Haneda Airport
   • By Train
     Take the Keikyu Line from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa Station (approximately 15 minutes). Then, transfer to the JR Chuo Main Line and head to Shinjuku. From Shinjuku, take the limited express "Azusa" or "Kaiji" to Kofu Station (approximately 90 minutes). From Kofu Station, the library is within walking distance.
     
   • By Bus
     Take a limousine bus from Haneda Airport to Shinjuku Station (approximately 1 hour). Then, take the JR Chuo Main Line limited express "Azusa" or "Kaiji" to Kofu Station (approximately 90 minutes), and walk to Yamanashi Prefectural Library.
